He has served in both private practice and as in-house counsel responsible for major litigation and arbitration. He has participated in and successfully resolved several multi-million-dollar mediations. He has experience in several major arbitrations, leading teams to success in significant business-to-business arbitrations.
In addition, he assisted his clients in better managing legal spend, assessing privacy and other risks. He developed improved processes to serve the business client, adapting mitigation and early dispute resolution strategies to minimize risk, liability, and the potential for future litigation.
